What this site is

This site describes our human testing services for customer-facing AI, publishes guides, and hosts the public Benchmark. Paid testing engagements are governed by a separate written agreement and authorization signed before any testing starts, not by these terms.

Guides and Benchmark content

Guides are general information to help you test and understand customer-facing AI. They are not legal, compliance or technical advice for your specific situation. Benchmark pages describe our published method; any scores describe specific deployments tested during a stated window, as explained in the Benchmark methodology.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, submitting false or automated form entries, or scraping it in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.

Intellectual property

The site's text, rubric, graphics and logo belong to RealHumanTests. You may quote short passages with a link back to the source page. Product and company names mentioned in guides belong to their owners.

Links to other sites

Guides link to outside sources such as news reports and research papers. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not operate.

No warranty

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CalTech Web is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website.
