FAQ

Questions about our AI testing

Straight answers on scope, neutrality, authorization and price. If yours is not here, ask it through the contact form.

Do you answer our phones or run our chat support?

No. RealHumanTests never answers anyone's calls or chats. Real people test the AI you already run, or are about to launch, by acting as your customers, and then report exactly what it did.

Will you fix what you find?

No, and that is on purpose. We only diagnose. Because we never sell the fix, we have no reason to overstate a problem or to go easy on one, so you can trust the verdict and hand it to whoever maintains your AI.

Why use real people when automated testing tools exist?

Automated simulators are useful for volume, but a machine grading a machine cannot tell you whether a real customer would have hung up, given up, or gone to a competitor. Our testers are people with real accents, real impatience and real confusion, and each score comes with a written reason.

Can we tell you what to test?

Yes. Share your concerns, such as refund requests, a new product line, or callers who ask for a person, and we build the personas and scenarios around them. Every session is still scored on the same fixed rubric so results stay comparable.

What do we receive at the end?

Every transcript or recording, rubric scores for each session, and a one-page verdict that ends in keep it, fix these settings, or reconsider it. Audits are delivered in about ten days.

Can you test an AI we do not own, like a competitor's?

We only test systems you own or have written authorization to test. You sign an authorization before testing starts, and every tester consents to recording by contract, so all-party consent is covered.

Which kinds of AI can you test?

Anything a customer talks to: website and in-app chatbots, AI support agents, AI phone and voice agents, AI receptionists, AI IVR menus, SMS and WhatsApp bots, booking assistants, sales chat and shopping assistants.

What does it cost?

The Audit starts from $349 and Watch starts from $99 per month. Larger, multilingual or pre-launch panels are quoted after a short scoping form.

How is Watch different from the Audit?

The Audit is a one-time panel of 12 sessions with a full verdict. Watch is a smaller monthly panel on the same rubric, built to show a trend line per criterion and alert you when the score drops, for example after a vendor model update.

Who are the testers?

Real people working under a consent and confidentiality contract. We match them to the personas your panel needs, such as first-time users, frustrated repeat customers, people using a screen reader or people speaking a second language.

Will testers see our confidential information?

Testers only see what any customer would see when they use your AI, plus the scenario brief we write for them. Every tester is under a confidentiality contract.

Can you test an AI before it launches?

Yes. A pre-launch panel can test a staging or limited release version, as long as you can give testers access the way customers will eventually reach it.

See your AI the way your customers do

Tell us what your AI does and what worries you. We build a panel of real people around it and hand you every transcript, a score per criterion and a plain verdict. We never sell the fix.
