This policy explains what information RealHumanTests, operated by CalTech Web, collects through this website and how it is used. It covers the website only. Test engagements are governed by the written authorization each customer signs.

Information we collect

When you submit the test request form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, company or website, the kind of AI you run, the channels customers use to reach it, the service you are interested in and your message. We use it only to reply to your request and to scope a test with you.

Like any website, our hosting provider processes standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver and secure the site.

How your form submission is handled

Form submissions are processed by a form delivery service at forms.caltechweb.com, operated by CalTech Web, which delivers your request to us by email through its email provider. The service does not use your information for any other purpose.

Spam and bot protection

The test request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a submission comes from a real visitor rather than an automated script. Turnstile may process limited technical information about your browser and device as part of that check. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for how Turnstile handles that data.

Other third party services

This site loads its fonts at build time and serves them itself. It has no chat widget, booking widget, review widget, advertising pixels or social media embeds.

Cookies

This site uses cookies set by Cloudflare Turnstile as described above. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell or rent your information. We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our correspondence with you, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by sending a request through our contact form.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
